1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoinDrop, a Solana-based engagement rewards platform operated by Illy Robotic Instruments ("we", "us", "our"), available at coindrop.in, our mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for or using CoinDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use CoinDrop, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (see our Children's Privacy policy)
• Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform, Solana, or cryptocurrency rewards is prohibited by law
• Register and maintain only one CoinDrop account per person

CoinDrop is available in 190+ countries. It is your responsibility to confirm that using the Platform is lawful where you live.

3. The Service

CoinDrop lets you earn Solana (SOL) by completing engagement tasks on content from participating creators — for example watching a YouTube video, liking or commenting on a post, or subscribing to or following a channel across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Completed tasks are verified and rewarded with SOL paid directly to your connected Solana wallet.

CoinDrop is 100% free to join. We never require any payment, deposit, or investment from you to start earning.

4. Account Registration & Security

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@illyrobotic-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You'll need a Solana wallet (such as Phantom, or any SPL-compatible wallet) connected to your account before you can receive payouts.

5. Rewards & Payouts

Reward amounts vary by task type and are shown in the Platform before you complete a task. Typical task types include:

• Watch a video — a small SOL reward per completed watch
• Like a post — a small SOL reward per verified like
• Comment on a post — a larger SOL reward per verified comment
• Subscribe or follow a creator — a one-time reward, plus an ongoing monthly residual for as long as you remain subscribed

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create or use more than one account
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or fake/spoofed engagement to complete tasks
• Submit falsified, manipulated, or AI-generated proof of task completion
• Use a VPN, proxy, or location spoofing to circumvent eligibility or regional restrictions
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's verification or payout systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

We use automated fraud detection and may audit account activity. Violating these rules may result in forfeited rewards, account suspension, or permanent termination without payout of pending balances.

7. Creator Referral Program

Eligible participants can refer creators to CoinDrop using a unique referral link. A qualifying creator referral earns the referrer a reward paid in SOL. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted or discontinued at our discretion; details of the current referral reward are shown in the Platform at the time of referral.

8. Intellectual Property

The CoinDrop name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Illy Robotic Instruments. Content you engage with belongs to its respective creators and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and is subject to those platforms' own terms.

9. Third-Party Services

CoinDrop integrates with third-party services including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, and Solana wallet providers such as Phantom. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CoinDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, task availability, or uptime. Cryptocurrency values, including SOL, are volatile and can change significantly; we are not responsible for losses related to that volatility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Illy Robotic Instruments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

You may stop using CoinDrop at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our reasonable discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform. Where termination is due to a Terms violation, any pending unpaid rewards associated with the violation may be forfeited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above, and significant changes may also be announced in-platform or via Discord. Continued use of CoinDrop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Illy Robotic Instruments' place of operation (Buffalo, NY, USA), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
